This girl has "dairy character" and a beautiful udder.  She has been an excellent mother, delivering without assistance and bonding well to her lambs. 12.5% AI (Dalur) Bred to Mirraboy for 2012. May produce white (carrying either grey or mouflon), black mouflon, or black grey (either hetero- or homozygous grey). Spotting is also a possibility with any of these lambs. Niamh - DL EWE 01H 511U -[CAN]646169-H Photo taken 5/16/10	White - carries Grey Twin Horned DOB 4/15/08	nb, 1, 2	This ewe is by Greyfire, a Flotti son, out of Luna.  Luna's dam, Claire, is a Moli daughter by Solee - STS-38Z and her sire is a Blaevar son.  Comes from a very milky line with excellent conformation including broad flat shoulders and good width behind to accomodate her udder which is nicely formed, with good teats.  Beautiful high and wide-sweeping horns. Her fleece is very thick,  with spiral curls.  She is an excellent mother. 50% AI (Flotti, Blaevar, Moli) Bred via AI to Kveikur 05-965 for 2012.  These lambs are reserved. Probably will produce white lambs, or possibly black or black grey. Ewe Lambs
Photo taken 6/24/11 Ciara - 1007Y - will be registered	Black Solid Single Horned DOB 4/2/11		Growing nicely with good conformation including a nice long body, good shoulders and stocky build.  Fleece is growing in well and with her mother and grandmother's genetics she should have a beautiful thick and soft curly fleece.  This is the friendliest ewe lamb we've ever seen.  No skittishness; comes right up to you for chin scratches, and even enjoys whole body rubs! 40.6% AI Bred to DL-872Y for 2012. May produce black or black grey lambs carrying moorit; slight possibility for moorit or moorit grey if Ciara carries moorit from her dam's side (grandmother Penny carries moorit). She got so light in color for a while that she almost looked like a white sheep with lots of phaeomelanin, but now her face has darkened back up. Greys are prone to changing color like this over the year and she is no exception. 50% AI Bred to DL -872Y for 2012. All lambs will be black grey, either hetero- or homozygous for grey, and will carry moorit. She has very good conformation especially in her rear end - good width which is so important, especially for ewes, and nice straight legs.  She has a lot of personality, and a very cute face! 48.4% AI Bred to 1010Y for 2012.
